Personal Trainer
Today I met with one of the gyms personal trainers for a trial session and I really loved it!

He is all about form and working out effectively and getting healthy (rather than ripped or bulked up). So I signed up for 2 half hour sessions a week for the next month, and hopefully it will get me going again.

This time last year I would have laughed at the thought of having a personal trainer.

I love my trainer. In my world there are so many reasons to get something else done and drop me as a priority -- even though I love it!
