T-T-T-Tasty Tastay!

I'm back and I'm making progress.



I've finally found a protein bar that I like. They are Think Thin brand. They come in a variety of flavours, and I have to say the creamy peanut butter is my favourite of the moment (you can almost kid yourself that it is a reese's peanut butter cup).

Anyway here is what the bar brings you:
240 cals
8g fat
4g sat. fat (not good I know)
2 g fiber
14g sugar alcohols (which is a bit high for us bypass patients but I only eat 1/2 a bar at a time so it is ok).
20g protein.

So I eat half a bar for my mid morning snack and the other half in the afternoon for a lovely boost of 20 grams of protein, which really just makes everyone happy.

PS. They also have a white chocolate raspberry I'm trying to find in stores, because that one sounds delish, and it also benefits the Susan G. Komen breast cancer fund. So you can get your protein and save the tata's in one great bar!

I don't know if they suit your purposes but I love me some Luna bars. YUMMMMM! Oh, and my verification was umoan - I was thinking, how do you know this? lmao

The Think Thin Brownie flavor is edible. I have issues with the texture. I have never seen the raspberry... Hmm.

I tried the brownie flavor last night and was not in love with it. In fact after eating 1/3rd of it my pouch was like "HELL NO Woman!".

But I'm really loving the peanut butter
